*ALL Group Instruction Class Sizes are LIMITED to 12-14 students. Please reserve your spot in advance.
Note: All group classes are on a 5 week (4 weeks training-1 week active rest) rotation. If you
are on an Active week off, you must stay Active in other ways than our program. Foam Rolling, Active Isolated Stretching and
Sports/Deep Tissue massage is highly recommended during your scheduled off weeks.
Practice your chosen Skill or Sport during your off days/weeks from your NDS program for best results.
All Classes are :45 minutes to 1:00 hour in length. Athletic Attire is Required.
Flat-soled shoes preferred. Barefoot training is allowed.
Please bring a personal towel and waterbottle for your use.
Cold water is provided in facility. You may also bring a towel/mat to lay on.
Pro-rated Off-Cycle classes are available for
past members. New members must attend FREE Introduction Class to start.
Classes are subject to change with short notice. Open-Mind, Sweat, Some Blood, Tears and
Soundeffects are not included!
