There comes a time in everyone's life when everything makes sense about Exercise and Fitness. It stops becoming about the six-pack abs, bulging biceps, higher vertical, ripped delts, toned sexy legs and slim waist. It transforms into something more powerful and moving in everyone's individual life applications. When we uncover what's covering our athleticism, we see more.
