Group & Individual Instruction

You will NOT JUST learn to work with the Russian Kettlebells. We incorporate other training tools such as corrective exercise techniques, calisthenics, jump ropes, Battling Ropes, agility ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, theraballs, resistance bands, balance boards, elite rings,  suspension straps, pull up bars and plyo boxes to name a few. We do not have traditional cardio equipment like treadmills, bikes or ellipticals. Our conditioning practice focuses on using the kettlebell swing and its variations for increased overall conditioning in less time.

Our 1300+ sq.ft. facility provides ample professionally-matted, open-floor space to practice with our athletes safely and effectively. The past said training tools are just that, TOOLS, tools that allows us to effectively teach our Exercise and Fitness Philosophy. Our class sizes are limited to allow for attention to bio-mechanical queues and detail in all drills and exercises performed.

We are currently offering 4 Week NDS Kettlebell Classes every 5 Weeks (1 - Cycle = 4 weeks of training).

One week (Rest & Recovery) is mandatory as an 'Active Rest' week OFF.

We highly recommend initially training a minimum of 12 weeks or 3 consecutive 4 week cycles (3x/week) for best results. This type of training will allow for progressive working resistance and overall periodization towards your sports/fitness goals or event/season.

ANNUAL 10-Month Cycling is Optimal.

New Comers must register for a FREE Orientation Class which will cover the functional class structure, some kettlebell basics and mindset correction.
