This is a Strength & Conditioning Challenge designed for those who understand that fitness is not so much about flexing in the mirror and a plethora of 'shoulder killing' burpees, but a simple & effective demonstration of your ability to move well, with great precision, stability and neuromuscular control whenever and wherever you want to.

But, Wait! Not soo Fast! All Entrants must have a legitimate [firsthand] working knowledge of the many Strength & Conditioning benefits of the Russian Hardstyle Kettlebell Swing.
First things first. If you are totally new to kettlebells, you MUST attend a FREE one-hour workshop on Learning the basics of the kettlebell 'hardstyle' swing and the rules for this Challenge.
During the event, there will be a quick 20-30 mins of warmup, demonstration and learning-time dedicated before the Challenge kicks off. Post-Challenge, top finishers in each category will be awarded for their supreme efforts.
