My students consist of serious Student-Athletes, Busy Professionals (up to 55+ years old Physically Active adults) and Active Parents in and around the Lakewood/Long Beach/Cerritos area. They are tired of those big name commercial gyms, young 'show-off' whippersnapper personal trainers, unsafe extreme exercise training boxes and impersonal, uneducated 'image-based' coaches.
Just 2-3 classes per week can be a complete (stand-alone) Injury Prevention and Functional Strength & Conditioning regimen. Or, a Foundational Athletic Movement platform for off-season and pre-season athletes before more Sports-Specific work.
